Help! My order hasn’t arrived yet! What should I do?
First off, don’t panic.
UK - Please give your order 10 working days from the dispatch date for it to get to you (working days are Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and bank holidays). If it still hasn’t arrived then please contact me.
Everywhere else - Please give your order 20 working days from the dispatch date for it to get to you. If it still hasn’t arrived, then please contact me.
You have 60 days to contact me from placing your order, to contact me if your order hasn't arrived yet. After 60 days I will assume your order has arrived and that you are satisfied with it. This goes for all UK and non UK orders.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
If you live in the UK it should take 1-2 working days (working days are Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and bank holidays) but it can take longer.
For Everywhere else it should take 1-2 weeks but can sometimes take up to 4 weeks depending on where you are from, so please be aware of that.
“I have given you the wrong delivery address!”
Don’t panic! Just send me a email titled ‘Wrong Address!’ ASAP including the following: Your Order number, your name, and the new address you would like it to be sent to.
If you contact me days after your ordered, and the order has already been sent out, then I will not be able to issue a replacement or refund. Its up to you to supply me with the correct delivery address.
How much is postage?
UK - £1.30
Everywhere else - £4.50
When ordering more than one item:
UK - £1.30 for the first item, then every other item is 30p
Everywhere else - £4.50 for the first item, then every other item is 50p
What postal services do you use?
For the UK all packages are posted 1st class standard. If the order amounts to over £20, it will be posted 1st class signed for.
For everywhere else, all orders are posted via Airmail. If the order amounts to over £20, it will be posted via International Signed For.
How long will it take for my order to be disptached?
Please give me 3 working days to get your order packed up and shipped out to you.
If for whatever reason I'm unable to get it shipped in this time, I will be sure to contact you via email.
When will *insert piece of jewellery here* be back in stock?
Though I try my best to keep the shop stocked with all the items, it does become tricky.
Especially around the busier times of the year.
Tuesdays & Thursdays are the days where I sit down and go through what needs to be restocked, and get as many pieces made as I can throughout the day.
I do get many emails asking when certain pieces will be back in stock and I’m sorry that I can’t answer them all. I don’t have set dates for when items will be back, it all depends on what supplies I have, what I have on order and how much I can get done in a day!
The best place to keep up to date with whats been restocked is either via Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. I update these on a regular basis.
Do you have a physical shop anywhere?
Though this is a long term goal, I do not. I only sell via this website, and my Etsy shop.
Do you do Custom orders/Chain length?
I do not do completely Custom orders at this moment in time.
For custom chain length please email me before ordering. As long as I have the charm in stock for the piece you want a custom chain length for, I will be able to do it. Extra charges may apply depending on what size you would like.
Where is Daisy-Mae Jewellery based?
I work from home, in the south east of the UK, near Brighton.
Where do you get your supplies from?
I work hard to find the perfect supplies and suppliers for my shop, as a result I do not share this information.
How did you come up with the name for ‘Daisy-Mae Jewellery’?
‘Daisy’ is my first name and ‘Mae’ is my middle name.
